APPLY AS A HOST

Before signing up as a host please note:

  • Please read our How It Works section and our Terms and Conditions to understand how Inn Town runs and what is expected of you as a host.

  • To qualify as a host you must be in/around the creative industries or be recommended by an Inn Town member.

  • If you are renting a private bedroom, you must be offering a real bed or a sofa bed with proper mattress. We do not accept shared bedrooms or bedrooms with futons. 

  • Your home must have WiFi or provide a WiFi dongle for guests use

APPLICATION

  1. Fill in the “Host application” form below (this sends automatically to us). We will fill out a more comprehensive intake form at the viewing.

  2. Email us at hello@inntownapartments.com with:

    • Copy of your ID (this is for our verification only)

    • Finished Welcome Pack as a WORD doc - downloadable by the button below that says “welcome pack”. This is what we send to confirmed guests and where you can add your house rules, so the more information the better!

    • Photographs of your home via WETRANSFER.

    • Tips for taking the images:

      • Ensure your home is clean and tidy when taken, as it would be when a guest arrives, as these are the photos that will be used on the Inn Town website.

      • Take images of your entire home from multiple angles of each room using a camera phone (we prefer realistic!)

      • The majority of the images should be landscape to give a better idea of the space of each room. Feel free to include vertical images where needed and any detail images of what makes your home special and unique!

      • Make sure these images are of a high quality, JPEG or PNG (not HEIC)

Once your application has been received a member of the Inn Town team will be in touch to arrange a time to view the property and meet all flatmates. This is to verify the home, take any extra images ourselves so you don’t have to and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions in person.
