HOW IT WORKS

Below is a step by step run through of how it works once you're registered as a guest or guest representative with us.

BOOKING

Once the verification process has been completed you are free to request to stay at any Inn Town house at any time.

All apartments and hosts listed have been verified and checked out personally by the Inn Town team to ensure they meet our standards of creativity, safety, comfort and accessibility.

When you find a home that you like, or you have travel dates and want to see what is available, email us at hello@inntownapartments.com with this information. 

For stays over 1 month we do a trial month to make sure everyone is happy and extend month to month from there. Please note that we do not do viewings before booking as it is too disruptive for our hosts.

Inn Town will then email you with a selection of houses available for your dates for you to choose from.

Once you are ready to book we invoice you for your stay. We  require a non-refundable £120/$120/€120 deposit immediately to secure the apartment for your dates. Please note that houses are not held from other bookings until the deposit has been received. The deposit is transferred back to you within 5 days after your stay if no damage has been done to the apartment.

The remainder of the invoice is due in our accounts 3 business days before your arrival date.

If the balance has not been received 3 business days prior to your arrival date, the apartment will be free for another guest to book. All payments are made by direct debit or WISE if transferring from an international account as to avoid any issues with exchange rates.

Late payments made 1 business day later incur a £50 late fee.

Late payments made 2+ business days incur a £120 late fee and the home may be released to be rebooked.

Once the remainder of the payment has been received we send a 'Welcome Pack' for your new home, which includes: flat mates details, contact numbers, house information, area information, things to do and house rules. This cannot be sent before full payment has been received into the Inn Town account to protect the hosts privacy.

The house rules must be abided by at all times. Please see our ts and cs relating to these.

Please note that the homes are owned and operated by individual hosts, not Inn Town and are not interconnected therefore you cannot switch between homes once you have booked.

CHECK IN

48 hours prior to arrival you must text or call your host directly to organise arrival time/keys. Inn Town does not organise arrivals.

Our hosts are all professionals and will do their best to organise a time that suits all.

Failure to do so within 24 hours of arrival incurs a £25 admin handling fee.

If your arrival/check out dates change before the full payment has been made, your deposit may be kept to cover nights not stayed.

If you want to check in at a later date or check out earlier after payment has been made you it is up to your host whether or not they issue any kind of refund for nights not stayed. This also extends to days spent away during the stay. Inn Town will always try and get another guest to cover any nights not stayed in before or after arrival, in which case a full refund will always be issued, minus the Inn Town service fee and 1 nights stay.

DURING YOUR STAY

Once in the apartment it is your responsibility to treat the home you would your own and your hosts like you’d like to be treated. If you are uncomfortable in anyway deal directly first with your host to fix the situation as you would with a normal flatmate. Inn Town does not get involved with any flat mate problems/disagreements unless in extenuating circumstance.

If there are any issues on arrival at the home, including cleanliness issues of the home, you must document these photographically and contact your host so that they can fix the issue. If there is a problem with getting this fixed directly with the host, please then contact Inn Town and we will liaise.

CHECK OUT

It is up to Inn Town guests to discuss their arrival time directly with their host to find a time that suits all.

Our hosts are all professionals and will do their best to organise a time that suits all however if they have a same day change over for another booking arriving, guests may be asked to vacate in the morning. 

If you would like to extend your stay please get in touch asap so we can book you in for those dates as dates not confirmed are open to other bookings.

When moving out of the home, you must take all your belongings with you and leave the home as you found it i.e clean and tidy. If you do not take your belongings with you, Inn Town may keep some or all of the deposit to cover the clean up and removal of these items.
