THE HOME
This incredible home is spacious and comfortable with ample rooms to enjoy, all of which have been decorated with the hosts unique taste for antiques and curated items from different parts of the world. There are large windows that fill all the spaces with light and warmth giving it a welcoming feel. This three bedroom apartment has two guest rooms to rent.
Located on the 5th floor of a mid century building, the apartment has a circular flow separating the bedrooms from the living and kitchen areas, with the living and kitchen areas located on the front of the apartment and the bedrooms at the back of the apartment, ensuring peace and tranquility when one wants to rest.
The large kitchen is perfect for at home meals with a spacious dining table, washing machine, dryer and drying rack and large fridge freezer for the guests sole use (host has their own). The dining room is accessible via both the kitchen and the living room and seats eight comfortably. It opens up into the living room with comfortable seating are as well as a lovely balcony at the front of the apartment that looks out onto the road and many trees. Perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the world go by.
The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a large basin area, bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
There are entrances to the home, one main entrance into the main entrance hallway and the other into the kitchen. The main entrance hallway is large and full of DVDs and CDs for the guests use. There is also a second toilet bathroom in the hallway.

Bedroom One
The larger of the two bedrooms it features a comfortable double bed, own sitting area, large cupboard with two sides and sliding doors, desk space for working, multiple mirrors and two bedside tables.
Bedroom Two
Also features a comfortable double bed, bookshelf, large sliding door cupboard and bedside table. The window looks to the internal of the building making it very quiet.
THE AREA
The apartment is located in Palermo a trendy, picturesque neighbourhood in Buenos Aires that never goes out of fashion. Filled with coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, bookshops and a large shopping mall a 5 minute walk away. It has brilliant transport links as well as frequent taxis and it really well lit making it accessible without being a tourist attraction.
