THE HOME
This sleek, stylish three bedroom home is available to creatives to rent as an entire home. Located on the second floor accessible by elevator in a new build apartment block in Camberwell, the home has plenty of space to relax, eat, play and work.
The home has a large open plan kitchen and living space at one end of the home that features all the modern appliances, large round dining table, comfortable seating and tv. There is also a balcony off the living area perfect for morning coffees.
The three bedrooms are located next to each other with the children’s room closest to the living space, the second bedroom with desk and computer in the middle and the main bedroom at the other end of the home. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, second, private balcony, small side table and comfortable seat. The second bedroom is a comfortable futon bed that can be a single or double and has desk space to work from as well as large built in cupboards.
The main bathroom is located next to the main bedroom and features a modern bath and shower as well as basin and toilet. There is a second toilet located by the front door.
The home is very safe with intercom access and two security doors to the building.
The home has been stylishly decorated with calming neutrals throughout as well as beautiful photography and art.

The home is situated in Camberwell, South London. It's conveniently located near the high street, which is brimming with trendy restaurants, cosy cafes, lively bars, and a variety of shops as well as close to Burgess Park.
The area is known for its vibrant arts scene, featuring several galleries, a popular cinema, and the renowned South London Gallery. Camberwell Green offers a lovely green space nearby, perfect for relaxing strolls. Additionally, the iconic Brixton Market and the tranquil Ruskin Park are just a short distance away, providing a perfect blend of urban excitement and peaceful retreats.
There is a bus stop only a few minutes from the home with the closest tube station being Peckham Rye, a 14 minute bus ride away, or Denmark Hill a 22 minute walk.
