THE HOME
This spacious three bedroom house with garden has a double room available for creatives to stay. On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, record player and lots of great books. The large kitchen is at the back of the home on the ground floor and includes all the modern amenities. There is a separate laundry room at the back of the kitchen which also then opens out to the garden. The garden has outdoor seating, a BBQ, lawn and shed, perfect for summer days.
On the second floor/mezzanine is the shared bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as cabinet and toilet. Also on this level is the hosts study which is not for guest use.
On the top floor are the bedrooms. The guest bedroom faces the back of the building, overlooking the side of the home and part of the garden making it very peaceful. It has a comfortable double bed, side lamp, drawers and two hanging rails for personal belongings.
The home feels spacious and calm, the perfect retreat from the busy city.
THE AREA
The home is located in Seven Sisters/South Tottenham. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars within a few minute walk from the home. The area is known for some of its incredible warehouse spaces, eclectic art scene and new photo studios. Directly across from the home are a few shops for essentials.
The home is a 12 minute walk to Seven Sisters Station on the Victoria Line and Overground or 20 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane station on the piccadilly line making it a very quick ride to central London. There are bus stops with buses to all over London a few minutes walk from the home.
